CoverageMap provides crowdsourced cellular coverage maps, speed test data, and related information. The Service includes our website, mobile applications, and enterprise APIs.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading data
  • Attempt to manipulate coverage ratings or statistics
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Access the Service through automated means without authorization

4. User Contributions

When you submit speed test results or other data to the Service, you grant CoverageMap a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, and distribute that data as part of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CoverageMap LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Coverage data is crowdsourced and may not be accurate for all locations. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

CoverageMap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Enterprise Services

Use of our enterprise products (APIs and data services) is subject to separate terms and conditions provided at the time of purchase or registration.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
